Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-5 days to process non-custom orders, and 1-14 days to process non-custom orders. Once processed, you will receive an email letting you know your product has been shipped with the relevant tracking information (if applicable).

SHIPPING TIME:
Orders are generally shipped within 1-14 days using Evri. Evri's delivery standard is 2 - 4 days.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer a £0.99 flat rate shipping for stickers, and a £3.99 flat rate shipping for all other products to United Kingdom. We offer free shipping on orders over £40.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Prints And Clouds is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns of non-custom products up to 30-days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of customised or digital products.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at printsandclouds@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order as Prints And Clouds is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you would like to change your shipping address after you order, please contact us at printsandclouds@gmail.com and we will try our best to accommodate.

Prints And Clouds is not liable for delays in delivery caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances i.e. weather, postage strikes or custom delays.
