What pets do you draw?

We draw all pets and animals, including dogs, cats, horses, bunnies, reptiles... and more!

The most common requests we receive are cats and dogs, however some examples of designs we've drawn include spiders and tortoises!

How do I send my photo in?

All products that require a photo have an upload feature on the relevant product page.

If your photo exceeds the 50MB limit you have a few options:

  • Use a software or app to reduce the size of your image.
  • Upload a random image, smaller image, and then email your pet photo to printsandclouds@gmail.com with your order number as the subject.
  • Contact us for help.

Please remember to follow the photos guidelines:

  • Clear image
  • Good lighting
  • Not cropped (unless you are okay with this).

If you are unsure of whether a photo is suitable, you may ask us before or after you order.

I've ordered stickers before, but now I'd like more of the same one!

For customers wanting more of a specific design they've previously ordered from us, we offer a discounted rate here!

All you need is your order number (found in your emails) and a photo of the sticker you'd like more of. If you have any issues retrieving either of these please get in contact with us!

Where is my order?

Once your order has been completed and sent off, you will receive an email informing you that your item has been ‘shipped’.

For most orders, you will be provided with a tracking number which you will be able to use for updates.

If you product has not arrived within 10 working days of your order being shipped (UK orders only), please get in contact.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom and the United States via our website.

Unfortunately, we've had to pause international orders due to new regulations. If we don't ship to your country please do get in touch so we can look into shipping to your location in the future!

How can I safely wash my custom clothing?

All custom clothing and totes are sent with care instructions, which includes the following information:

  • Wash inside out.
  • Wash at, or below, 40°C.
  • DO NOT tumble dry.
  • Use non bio powder/liquid.

The garments are washing machine safe but I always recommend hand washing for a long-lasting piece!

Can I return or exchange my product?

We only accept returns on non-custom products. You have 30 days from when you receive your order to submit for a return.

Unfortunately, on custom products we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This is because all products are made to order and unique to you.

However, if your custom product arrives faulty or the wrong item is sent, please get in contact with us via email and we'd be happy to get this issue sorted.

Current Processing Times

For custom orders, processing times can take a bit longer as I need time to draw your beloved pet(s) and make sure they are perfect for you! These may vary based from time to time. If your order is urgent please get in touch before placing your order and I will try my best to accommodate.

About Prints And Clouds!

Hiya! I’m Freya, and I'm the founder and artist behind Prints And Clouds. I'm 19 years old, and began setting up Prints And Clouds in December 2023, just as I had started University!

I run the business on my own, which means I draw, make and package your orders from my room.

My two cats at home inspired me to start drawing cute, cartoon pets, and my love for celebrating others' pets grew quickly! My custom stickers quickly took off, and I've been drawing all of your pets ever since :D
